Colon hydrotherapy is one of the oldest forms of natural healing. This non-invasive, safe and relaxing procedure helps clean the entire large intestine. Colon hydrotherapy is the gentle rinsing of the colon with warm filtered water, to remove encrusted fecal matter, gas and mucus. This allows vital nutrients to be absorbed more easily and leaves you feeling rejuvenated.
Keeping the bowel clean will not only reduce or prevent most types of disease but will also help eliminate constipation, diarrhea, chronic bloating, symptoms of fatigue, headaches, nausea and a whole list of other symptoms. In most cases a simple dietary colon cleanse is not sufficient to remove the old, hardened and compacted fecal waste. This is the reason why colon hydrotherapy is necessary. It is a safe and effective method of cleansing the colon of impacted waste material by repeated, gentle flushing with sterile water, using FDA approved state-of-the-art colonic cleansing equipment.

Cynthia offers colon hydrotherapy services utilizing the Dotolo Toxygen BSC-UV enclosed system (video below). Warm filtered water is introduced into your colon through a small tube called a speculum that is gently inserted about an inch and a half into your rectum. As the warm water enters, you’ll feel a fullness as your colon fills up, then a relaxing feeling as it empties. The water pressure and temperature are carefully controlled and all waste is drained away discreetly in a closed system with absolutely no mess or odors.
This filling and emptying is repeated several times and massage is applied to your abdomen. Unlike an enema, colonic hydrotherapy reaches the whole length of your large intestine, with the massage from your therapist helping to ensure you benefit from an effective cleanse.
Cynthia uses a FDA registered, Class 2 device known as a closed system, and only provides medical grade plastic, one-time use disposable speculums. The function of the Closed System is to regulate water pressure after it has gone through a four-stage filtering system. The Closed System device has a water Flow Control Valve which s similar a faucet. The Closed System also has a pressure Gauge to monitor the water flow rate; it does not measure the volume of water. The Closed System operates entirely by water and only regulates and monitors the water flow rate, it has no motor. By definition the device is not a machine.
Waste material, if allowed to remain in the digestive system for too long results in the proliferation of bacteria and other toxins.
